WHY DO POOL PIPES START LEAKING?

Aging and wear: Over time, pool pipes can develop leaks due to aging and general wear. This particularly affects older pipe systems where materials lose their original strength and integrity.

Frost damage: In colder climates, pipes can be damaged by freezing temperatures. When water freezes inside the pipes, it expands and can cause cracks or even burst the pipes.

Ground movement: Soil shifts, ground settlement or other geological changes can damage pool pipe systems. This may lead to leaks, especially if the pipes are not flexible enough to absorb these movements.

Chemicals and water quality: The use of aggressive chemicals or extreme pH imbalances in pool water can weaken the integrity of the pipe material and cause leaks.

Improper installation: Incorrect installation of pipes can result in leakage points. This may be caused by poor connections, inadequate sealing or the use of unsuitable materials.

HOW DOES OUR PIPE REHABILITATION SYSTEM WORK?

With our pool pipe rehabilitation system, existing pipes are repaired internally. This is a clean, customer-friendly and long-lasting solution. As a first step, all pipes such as skimmer lines, jet lines, massage jets, counter-current pipes and others are inspected for damage.

Damaged pipe sections are sealed from the inside using a solid-bonded coating. If necessary, short textile liners are installed – all without disruptive construction work. Pipe sections that are close to failure can also be reinforced preventively.

No matter how complex the pool pipe network is, a new internal surface is created that covers material fatigue, erosion, cracks, leaking adhesive joints and similar issues while preventing the development of new damage.

The system is suitable for pipe diameters from 10 to 78 mm and can be used for swimming pool pipes, heating pipes, gas pipes and cooling systems. The method is durable, unique and proven. The internal lining protects the pipes for many years.
