Pipe Rehabilitation WITHOUT Demolition Work
WE HAVE THE CLEAN SOLUTION!
Smart solutions instead of construction work, dust and demolition
With our pipe rehabilitation technology we repair pipelines quickly and efficiently – without dirt, noise or dust. Breaking open walls to replace pipes is no longer necessary.
We provide solutions for pressurised pipes made from various materials such as heating pipes, cooling pipes, pool pipes, transport pipes and other water-carrying pipe systems (excluding drinking water pipes).
The cost-effective solution!
Our system can be up to three times more cost-effective compared to conventional pipe replacement while maintaining the same quality. We can do more than others! Sancor has been working with this method since 2008. Over the years, more than 1000 properties have been successfully rehabilitated, sealed and cleaned using our intelligent system.
How does our system work?
The process begins with the cleaning of the pressurised pipes. A special pulsating wet-cleaning method is used, ensuring gentle yet extremely thorough cleaning. This process allows cleaning in both forward and reverse directions, guaranteeing that even hidden areas of the pipes are properly cleaned.
In the second step of the process, the pipes are internally sealed with a durable plastic coating that protects them for many years.
Depending on the application, the coating material is inserted into the pipes under vacuum and distributed throughout the pipe system using compressed air. The exact procedure depends on the specific application.
The resulting quality is comparable to new plastic pipes. Our system is suitable for metal and plastic pipes with diameters from 10 to 80 mm, including swimming pool pipes, heating pipes, transport pipelines and more. The internal lining protects the pipes for many years.
OUR CAPABILITIES IN PIPE REHABILITATION AND PIPE CLEANING
- Leaking or defective pool pipes can be repaired quickly using our rehabilitation system.
- We also provide leak detection services for all types of pipelines.
- Internal coating rehabilitation of galvanised and copper pipes from 1/4" to 3" (5 mm – 75 mm) for sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, compressed air networks, gas pipelines and more – excluding drinking water pipes.
- Cleaning of calcified and sludge-contaminated pressure pipes made from any material, e.g. heating pipes, cooling pipes or plastic pipelines.
- Rehabilitation and cleaning of plastic pipe systems.

- NEW: Cleaning of underfloor heating systems and heating pipes

Pipe cleaning for pressurised pipes with diameters from 10 to 80 mm in all materials.
WHY DO PIPELINES CORRODE?
- At temperatures above 60°C, a protective layer can no longer form inside galvanised steel pipes.
- Impurities in water, aggressive acidic water or very hard water.
- Flow speed and turbulence are also important factors in corrosion processes.
- Erosion corrosion caused by sand particles.
- Pitting corrosion in copper pipes caused by foreign rust particles in highly carbonated or chloride-rich water.
- Lime deposits form scale when carbonate hardness exceeds 12–15°dH, which can lead to pipe blockages.
- Blunt thread cutting tools can damage the pipe structure, creating microscopic cracks where corrosion can begin.
- Old thread oil used during installation can cause the zinc coating to dissolve.
RELIABLE TECHNOLOGY FOR FREE FLOW
- Drinking water pipes: limescale deposits, sludge from manganese and iron, unpleasant odours and bacterial contamination.
- Heating systems and underfloor heating: radiators, fresh water stations and more.
- Transport pipelines: solid media, chemicals and other substances.
ADVANTAGES – WHY YOU CAN RELY ON OUR SYSTEM
- More cost-effective – up to three times cheaper than replacing entire pipelines.
- Gentle – our unique wet cleaning method removes dirt without damaging the pipes.
- Proven – based on the original technology of the Japanese corporation ISEKI, further developed into a modern system. The technology has been successfully used for over 30 years in residential and industrial applications.
- Fast – pipeline and supply networks are usually operational again within just a few days.
- Long-lasting – the internal coating typically lasts between 30 and 50 years.
